Context and objective

The platform is designed for automotive spare-parts sales across both retail and business customer workflows. It focuses on large product catalogues, detailed filtering, vehicle compatibility, inventory visibility and future supplier data integrations.

Challenges and solutions

Large and complex product catalogue

Parts need to be searchable by category, brand and compatibility. The information architecture and data model were planned around structured attributes and scalable filtering.

Different B2B and B2C expectations

Retail customers expect direct checkout, while businesses may require negotiated pricing and quotations. Separate but connected flows were designed for both audiences.
