Context and objective
The system manages an academic recruitment workflow from announcement publication to candidate application, administrative review, jury evaluation and final reporting. Separate interfaces were designed for applicants, administrators, managers and jury members.

PDF creation can block request handling. Celery and Redis were used to move report generation into background tasks.
