Project Overview

Context and objective

The AI-First Planning Assistant is a mobile product concept developed to make planning easier for individuals and groups. Users can create schedules, manage checklists, reuse templates and receive AI-generated plan suggestions from natural-language prompts.

The Problem

What needed to change?

Planning tools often require users to manually divide goals into tasks, determine timing and organize multiple people. This creates friction, especially when users know what they want to achieve but do not know how to structure the plan.

The Solution

How the system responds

The application combines a calendar, task management, reusable templates, group planning and an AI suggestion workflow. Users describe their goal, review the generated plan and save approved items directly to their schedule.
